NOTES
  1. Acceptability for sewage should be evaluated based on hydrology, acreage purchased, and proximity to downstream neighborhoods.
  2. Size of relocation site should take into account proximity of neighborhoods and number of functions to take place there.
  3. While some sites may have a fatal flaw for ALL functions combined, they may be ideal for some functions. They should not be dismissed summarily at this early stage of investigation because it may not be necessary or even desirable to have all functions at one place.
