Nov 8, 2010 minutes approved, unanimous.

DRC Manager’s Report
Paul has been working with the City and Bureau of Juneau’s solid waste coordinator to see if outside communities can work with Juneau on recycling.  He is also working with the Southeast Alaska Solid Waste Authority (SEASWA). Paul will participate in teleconferences as a non-member community representative.
Our winter assistant, Dmitri, began working on December 11, 2010.

Community Chest
Someone ran into the post on the back porch.

Review of CIP requests
Prioritization is 1) office with bathroom; 2) hazardous waste storage unit; 3) Skid-steer loader.  The committee and Dumpmaster discussed elements to go into the proposals.

Proposals for dealing with trash and dock/beach
Discussion regarding container to hold receptacles; type of receptacle; possible locations.  Suggestions included asking State for assistance, and considering a private contractor to deal with receptacles and transport of trash to landfill. 

Repairs on DRC fence
This will be done by late spring.
