Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

April 21, 2008

Members present: Becky King (chair), Jim Martell, Ken Klawunder, Bruce Tedtsen, Paul Berry.

Also present: Sandi Marchbanks, Kapryce Manchester

Work session: 7 pm – 9:57 pm

Meeting began 9:58 pm

Following is the agenda:

• April 15th meeting minutes read
• Finish ’09 budget for council approval
• Discuss any non agenda items

Bruce moved, Jim Seconded, Minutes to be read at the next meeting. Roll call vote, motion passed unanimously.

Bruce moved, Jim seconded, that finance committee recommends to the City Council the attached FY’09 budget as presented.

Paul declares a COI on the voting because the budget contains his salary. Becky ruled that Paul is excused from the vote. Vote result 4 yes, 1 abstention.

Meeting adjourned at 10:00 pm.
