Minutes for the January 21, 2008 were read.

Jim moved to accept minutes as read.

Bruce seconded the motion.

Motion Passed unanimously.

Agenda Item:  Committee Operating Budgets

Discussion regarding possible audit of City and how much funding that would require.  There was further discussion regarding the allocation of City funds to the Committees and City Departments.
