Minutes for the February 12, 2008 were read.

Bruced moved to accept minutes as read.

Jim seconded the motion.

Motion Passed unanimously.

Agenda Item:  Kumbaya

There was discussion regarding visuals for Kumbaya and discussion points were finalized. 

The committee discussed the need for a fixed asset policy.
