Bruce moved to accept meeting minutes unread for March 25, 2008, April 21, 2008 and May 27, 2008.

Paul seconded the motion.

Agenda Item:  Endowment Fund Policy and Procedure

Bruce moved to accept revisions to the Endowment Fund policy and procedure as revised on June 23, 2008.

Paul seconded the motion

Motion passed unanimously.
