            - FY 2010 admin and city committees budget review

Roll Call

Minutes for April 3, 2009 meeting were read.

Bruce made a motion to accept the minutes as changed.

The motion was seconded by Eric

The motion passed unanimously

FY 2010 admin and city committees budget review

            The committee reviewed the proposed budget and made several changes to the document.  The DRC city funding was increased from $23,000 to $24,100 and DRC payroll expense was increased from $64,620 to $65,720.  The GVFD encumbered funds were reduced from $6,000 to $4,000 and the GVFD Forest Service Receipts Encumbered were increased from $10,000 to $12,000.  This was a change to operating income with no net gain so there were no changes to GVFD expenses.

Bruce made a motion to accept the budget as changed.

The motion was seconded by Eric

Paul recused himself from the vote.

The motion passed 4 affirmative, 0 negative, 1 recused
