Call to order at 9:10

Library Budget

Access Behind Library Building

School district property  - have not been paying $1.00/ year lease.

Emergency fund for building maintenance

Motion made by Barb Miranda that the city consider maintaining a emergency fund for infrastructure repair so that individual committee budgets are not impacted for significant emergency maintenance and repairs. Anne Seconds, Unanimous approval.

Barb will draft letter.

New Business

Engineers Report for Library Building

Barb makes  a motion that the city hire and pay for  a structural engineer to assess the soundness of the Library Building specifically the northern wall. Anne seconds. Unanimous approval.

Other items – Barb is putting in her resignation will finish budget.
