Roll Call Sandi Marchbanks, Tim Gibson, Martha Romero, Becky King, Kim Heacox, Wayne Howell, Lou Caccioppo

Public Comment on Non-agenda Items Rhio Harper talked briefly about forming a cemetery committee and asked that the City put aside 5 acres of land for a cemetery.

Hiring of DRC Employees Sandi told all present that the City would be hiring Paul Berry as Dumpmaster, and Eric Syrene as his assistant. She also said that we would be hiring Ann Yates so that we could pay her before she left Gustavus.

Budget Sandi asked if there were any comments from the public. No comment. She then asked if there were any comments from the council. There were a few comments about specific line items, including the Lap top Computer for the Fire Department. The Clerk was instructed to add in $1500.00 for a new computer at City Hall. Tim motioned that we accept the Budget as amended. Motion passed 7/0.

Sandi told everyone that there would be a work session following the meeting.
