Approval of Minutes: Ken made motion to approve the minutes from the September 8, 2005 General Meeting and from the October 7, 2005 Meeting to review the 2005 General Municipal Election.  Minutes approved 7/0

Mayor Marchbanks: read the final vote totals for city council seats C and D as certified in the Certification meeting before this meeting.  She also stated that Wayne was voted in as the Vice Mayor and Sandi Voted in as the Mayor.  She congratulated the candidates that won 3 year seats in the 2005 Gen. Municipal election: Ken Klawunder and Mike Atkins.  She also thanked the council members for their service.

          Sandi explained the ordinance.

 Committee Reports

Sandi Announced the new member list for the Marine Facility Committee.  The new membership is : Kathy Lochman, Lou Cacioppo, Chris Gaberiel, Mark Foster, Brad Rice, Lori Ross, Bruce Tedtsen, Mike Halbert, Diane Klawunder(chair).
