City Council Special Meeting
December 10, 2008
Call to Order: A Special Meeting of the Gustavus City Council was held on December 10, 2008 at 7:00PM.
(Clerk’s Note: Lou Cacioppo took the Oath of Office of Council Member during roll call.)
Roll Call:
Comprising a quorum of the Council the following were present:
Mayor Unkel
Council Member Cacioppo
Council Member Howell
Council Member Lassiter
Council Member Marchbanks
Council Member Nixon
Council Members not in attendance:
Vice Mayor Berry
Mayor’s Request For Agenda Changes: None
New Business:
§ Gustavus Dock Project
Motion: Council Member Howell moved that the City Council develop and implement an action plan for helping secure the remaining funding for the Gustavus City Dock.
Seconded by: Council Member Marchbanks
Council Member Howell gave a history of the funding for the Gustavus Dock.
Superintendent Cherry Payne explained the National Park Service’s involvement.
